  • We provide cleaning services as described on our website and agreed upon during booking.

  • All services are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unhygienic, or outside the scope of the agreed service.

  • All prices are provided in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required either in advance or upon completion of services, depending on the package chosen.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.​

  • Purifex reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services in cases of emergency, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • Customers must provide safe access to the premises and disclose any known hazards.

  • Customers are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to service.

  • ​If special instructions are required (e.g., for sensitive surfaces or equipment), they must be provided in advance.

  • While we take great care, Purifex is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly secured by the customer.

  • In the rare event of accidental damage, customers must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • ​Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • Our cleaners are trained, insured, and follow strict health and safety protocols.

  • We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products wherever possible.

  • Customers must ensure a safe environment for our staff during service delivery.

  • The content of this website is for general information and service booking purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, including reproduction or distribution of content, is prohibited.

  • We may update, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice.
